Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, is being detained by police in Lagos State for questioning and other investigation purposes.

Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as MohBad, was a former signee of Naira Marley, and it is anticipated that he will provide assistance to the police in their inquiry.
Even though the artist has been charged with being involved in Mohbad’s death, he has sworn to clear his innocence and had already verified his arrival in Nigeria before the police released their statement. He tweeted on Tuesday, “I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation,” he tweeted on Tuesday.
“It’s important I do my part for Imole. I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail.”
